Ingredients:
00 Flour (wheat)
Eggs
Beef and Pork mince
Red wine (sulphytes)
Butter (milk)
Tomato double concentrate
Celery
Carrots
Onions
Bay leafs
Salt
Peppercorn
Cooking instructions:
Cut the bag containing the sauce and pour the content in a frying pan. Heat till piping hot and let it simmer for a couple of minutes while you cook the pasta in a pan with boiling salted water. Once the pasta will start floating it means it’s ready to be drained and added to the sauce. Toss it for a couple of minutes till the sauce will start sticking to the pasta and serve with generous parmesan cheese.
